Flavour Smoking Kit

We have pulled together just a few essential peices of equipment which we use daily at the school being the UFO smoker. Easy to use with reliable smoke into any chamber of your choosing.
Be it a cardboard box or a cedar smoker like ours, it’s the one tool you need when it comes to smoking. With that, you have a jet lighter, easy to refill and has a super powerful flame, perfect for lighting not only your Smoker but pretty much anything else.
Finally to complete the smoking kit you need the wood. Large Aged manuka chips specially chipped, dried and mixed with herb spices to give your first smoke a bit of Good from Scratch love.
