Its unique blend of roasted spices, dried herbs, salts, raw sugars and chillis harvested from our tunnel house gives you a versatile seasoning with so many great pairings.
It is fantastic over any rotisserie meat as the sugar helps with the caramelization. Mix it through some beef mince for really easy beef patties or meatballs, or simply use it as a seasoning over grilled meats, seafood and vegetables. Use it with Dijon mustard as a glue to coat meat, or sprinkle it over some fresh fish before you hot smoke it. The opportunities are endless!
